Food order is almost always wrong. Order veg only got chicken. Ordered something extra . Order was missing it or had totally different thing. I gave it a chance again after a few months. Still the same.

This Taco Bell is getting ridiculous with charging .50 for sour cream & they don’t even give you 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Also, I got a large ice tea which was warm & when I asked for a cup of ice they wanted .30 cents! How about you put enough ice in the cup to begin with? Lastly, they gave me no napkins. How am i supposed to eat tacos without a way to wipe my mouth? Get better guys!

this place takes forever to make the food. me and my dad got only about 4 items, it took them 20 minutes to make. there were at least 6 workers working, some just standing around, and the food wasn’t even that good. the food was thrown into the bag, and i don’t recommend to go to this taco bell.

I recently came to this TB for the first (and last) time. I should have checked the reviews. I arrived just before noon and placed my order at the kiosk. Nothing special, things they should be able to make quickly. It was not busy. Maybe one car in the drive through and two other groups already waiting for their food. So I took a seat and began to wait. I noticed the others who appeared to have been waiting a while but eventually got their order. I watched the drive through seem to take priority. I watched one of the employees mosey in to report to work or after break, clearly in no hurry to help the team. After 20 minutes of waiting, was actually getting aggravated and hungry. But I still decided to just wait without saying anything, like now it’s almost a challenge to see how long it will take my so called fast food to be served. Well, it took 26 minutes from completing my order to my name being called. Pitiful. I will give some credit to the lady who called my name. Without me saying anything she genuinely apologized for the wait and offered me a free drink, which I declined. This place needs serious help. Or new management. I’m hoping reviews like mine make it to the right corporate heads, because like I said, I should have read the reviews first and seen that this is a recurring problem.

Every time we come to this location. Something is wrong. They always put lettuce on the tacos we specifically say no lettuce on and this time is no different. We ordered chips and cheese and they dumped the chips in the bag and then threw the packaging inside. I opened it up myself and gathered all the chips to find a pathetically small amount. Like embarrassingly little. The lady at the window had an awful attitude and at this point it’s just expected. Someone should shut this location down, like legitimately no reason it should still be open. In the picture, that’s all the chips they gave us. Screw this place and everyone in it. Also my Dr. Pepper was flat, feels directed at this point.
