  I ordered some food at waited for 30 mins and it comes out completely wrong. They had the incorrect items and missing items. I had to wait over and hour to get it.

  Everyone working here is terrible at their job. I consistently wait 30+ minutes everytime I come here for a small order. Staff should be fired and management should be replaced. Terrible.

  drive thru is incredibly slow. They will let you sit there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. I actually feel like it is on purpose that they let people sit there at this point. At the window, they are annoyed that you ordered food like your being hungry is an inconvenience for them. Food quality is bleak. Watched a drug deal in the parking lot while I was camped out in the drive thru. Epitome of sketchy service and food. Gas is too expensive to wait in line here. Location should be closed so they can do something else with the area - no point in having a food spot that is so slow, has such poor service, and such low quality food.

  I pulled up to the menu and was greeted immediately. However, the lady said she couldn't hear me and to drive to the window. When I got there, no one was there. After about 2 minutes a man came to the window and asked if I had placed an order. When I explained to him what had happened, he asked me what did I want and said he would go ahead and start preparing it. However, I only wanted a drink and he couldn't answers a question I had about the drink. He immediately said hold on, I'm a cook and don't know about the drinks, but I'll find out for you. This impressed me! Here was anxious to help me in any way possible. He bought a lady to the widow and she also didn't know for sure but asked someone else and got an answer. It didn't take long before my delicious drink was handed to me!
