  Try to go through the drive-through to make my order ….after waiting for what it felt like 10 minutes, someone comes and says on the mic that they’re not doing any more drive-through orders due to being understaffed

  The food was good and service was fast. The waiter was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stop since we had a very busy day of running all over.

  Gave me a Raw sandwich! I'm on lunch. I can't go back to get it corrected! This is not toasted!!! And when someone tells you they have cash and to bring change, and they tell you twice, that also means being COINS! If I have a $10 and the receipt says to pay $5.11, why would I be asked if I want my change?????? You're going to keep almost a whole dollar of my money or did you plan on giving me back $5 instead of $4.90??? Gotta make to make Cents and Sense! Bread raw! For context, I ordered 2 grill cheese. Both of which were not hot and tasted horrible! Nothing about these was a grill cheese and wasn't worth $5.11 or anything. Waste of time and money!

  Ordered 2 ice creams at 10:20 said it would be done at 10:35 didn’t get my ice cream until 11:10 There was nobody there but me and I’ve seen employees go in and out of the building, just wondering what is happening here. Makes me not even want order from sonic ever again.
