  Getting really sick of ordering delivery, asking for 2 liter sodas and getting 20oz ones.

  ONE STAR Please shut down!!! This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I came here with three other people, so there were four of us total. We were all Black, and our waitress was a white woman. When we first sat down, we ordered our food and eventually received our pizza. We asked for plates because none were provided. The waitress went to the back and came back saying they didn't have any plates, so we were told to eat our pizza off of napkins. On top of that, one slice of our pizza was missing from the pizza. When we asked about it, the waitress told us that the slice had fallen on the ground. When we asked if the whole pizza had fallen or just the one slice, she said it was only the slice. That was already concerning and made us uncomfortable eating the food. After we finished eating, we were walking out and noticed a white couple eating with actual plates. We had been told there were no plates available, so naturally we were confused and questioned why they had plates while we were told to eat off napkins. We spoke to the manager about it, and he told us they had only had two plates since 2020, which made even less sense considering this is a dine-in restaurant. We had also arrived before the couple, so if there really were only two plates available, it would have made sense to offer them to us as well. The waitress acted as though she didn't hear the conversa-tion, and the manager didn't seem to have a clear explanation for what happened. Being that we were four Black customers and the customers we saw with plates were white, the situation made us question whether we were being treated differently because of our race. I can't say what their intentions were, but the way everything happened was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The bathroom also wasn't working, which added to the overall poor experience. There were too many issues for me to recommend this loca-tion. The food and service were overshadowed by how we were treated and how poorly the situation was handled.

  I ordered two pizzas today and they taste kind of funny I always eat at Pizza Hut and never tasted Pizza like this before but I'm too far gone out now I can't turn around so most likely they'll end up in the trash

  Guy on the phone was old, slow and kind of rude. Asked for extra cheese on my cheese pizza. They didn't do that. Wanted a ranch cup with my chicken, got no ranch cup. $74 for some dried out pizza. Hardly any sauce on the chicken. Not going back ever.
