  I was quite disappointed because, although the fries were exceptionally fresh and hot, the double quarter pounder deluxe didn’t meet that same standard. They usually maintain a consistent level of freshness, so I was really surprised it came out that way this time.”

  Stand at register to get waited on and after she helps the person in front of me they walked away and never came back sorry service will not be back

  Ewww. Absolutely disgusting. Just ordered a Big Arch which I have had multiple times from other locations (im not from this area), but this one tasted awful (like there was something actually off about the meat or something). Am quite literally worried about the food safety of eating here. Took two bites and immediately stopped. Sandwhich was also goopy way to much sauce slathered all over it to the point that the bun wouldn't stay on it and couldn't hold it without it falling apart. Never again. Also wasnt even offered a receipt would have had to ask for it. Just an awful experience overall.

  I order a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal and this is what I got in my bag. The staff are rude and immature and hell. They always have an attitude and they always in there playing around, and talking and laughing and not trying to get the orders out. If they weren’t around there joking and playing, then you wouldn’t put a chicken patty in a chicken nugget box. I am going to corporate about this because this isn’t the only problem that I have had but this is the last straw. I don’t advise anyone to visit this McDonalds. Idk what kind of shift they are running but they don’t care about customers and that will drive sales down. All the staff at drive thru are rude and dismissive. Why do you hire these people if they don’t want to work. I will complain and make complaints to corporate until a whole new crew is hired. Starting with the 2nd shift manager. I will make a review everyday until something is done about this problem.

  When I tell you that this is so frustrating it is. I asked for no cheese on my sausage Mc muffin TWICE. And they gave me it with cheese and I asked for a bacon mc griddle sandwich and this is what they gave me .dont be mad when people speak up about you making the wrong order 😐
