  extremely rude staff. had me waiting in the second pick up area for 25 minutes for a iced carmel latte i ended pulling back around the drive thru and was told to go back to the second window. i told them there is no way it takes that long to make a latte and then they end up telling me they are out of latte stuff. they were going to have me wait there indefinitely and not get the drink i paid for. no one bothered to tell me they were out or offered me a refund or any kind of apology. when i told the worker that it’s messed up to charge someone and leave them waiting tell they leave without the item they paid for is extremely rude. i got a lot of rolled eyes and attitude from the lady at the window. i never leave reviews like ever but this was extremely unprofessional.

  Placed an order in the drive-thru for just a kids meal. Hispanic young girl, black hair in a pony tail told me to pull into #6 and someone will bring it out to me. Waited 15 minutes and nobody showed up! So of course now I have to go inside. A nice young black girl asked if I needed help. I told her I was waiting in #6 for my food. She went and asked the Hispanic girl about the order she pulled into #6. The girl started LAUGHING and said she forgot… the manager just so happened to be walking past (caucasian guy, long sleeve shirt) and said with an attitude to just switch out the fries in the box… no sorry for the wait or ANYTHING. This one star is for the Hispanic young girl and the manager! Thank you to the young lady who got my order situated. This was on 05/08/26 at 5:25pm ticket number 1515

  If I order at 10:20 and you guys end breakfast at 11, why do you cancel my order and say that you guys can’t do breakfast? it’s not 11? I’ve worked at mcdonald’s before, and we stopped doing breakfast at the time we advertise it, you guys are LAZY plain LAZY! do your actual jobs! It’s not that hard! Bad look on this location, corporate definitely needs to handle that.

  This is a very solid McDonald’s. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve yet to have a truly bad experience. Good people and good food.

  Ran out of soda. Nuggets were stale and didn't give us the sauce. I get it, it's a college town but try to have some standards.
