- TTTilda4 days ago1.0I ordered a double fish no cheese combo fresh as I always ask at any McDonald's 5/16/ I sent my son. McDonald's less than 5mins away from me fish sandwich and fries cold not fresh at all. I sent it back to be remade. I still received cold fries the fish which suppose to be without cheese now have cheese and still not fresh even the second time. The manger took the complaint because I called while my son was in line and still received bad service $13 order made twice and they still past out food that wasn't fresh. I thought the customer was always right i guess at this McDonald's that's a lie

She was professional, social, greeted us, read the order back and was sooooo kind KUDOS ma'am. Make it contagious! The manager Renee was so proud of her team member. Keep up the good work Renee and Destiny!

And they were steady taking more orders from drive thru and the the manager dean had on headphones and could care less. Couldn't get a receipt because as usual.The machine never has any paper in it.

I Loved how she Conducted herself, her Complete Professional Interaction with both the Team & Customers. Together they all Handled the Rush Hour with Excellence. They all Remained very Professional while Charniece Motivated the entire Crew 2 get Food Orders Out Quickly. The entire Crew showed Excellent Teamwork at its Best, even under Pressure. "Prompt Service". Also, the Store Maintained Cleaniness. Highly Recommend this Location @ 3000 Landmark St. Greenville NC👍😊
