- JHJamie Hatfield3 days ago5.0Nasia excuse me for spelling, was so accommodating. She was all over the parking lot making sure orders were given to cars pulled but so sweet. The customer service from her was top tier. She could just clock in and clock out but for her it’s more than that. Give her a manager position asap or she can come work at my AT&T store

So I get to the window and try to fix it. The lady still punches it in wrong. Then I’m told to pull up and weight. Waited 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. Had to ultimately go inside and then once I walked in they magically had my order ready. I just threw it away. At that point they must have been holding on to it to be petty. Very unprofessional. I didn’t even bother with a refund. I’m just not coming back to this McDonald’s it’s always ran so poorly.

- SSSteveMar 30, 20261.0I visited this location specifically to try the new Big Arch burger, but it was a complete disaster. Despite waiting 8–10 minutes, the burger was served cold. To make matters worse, it had zero sauce and was buried under what felt like an entire head of lettuce. The lack of attention to detail and the slow service are unacceptable. I ended up having to get a full refund and will not be returning. The staff here seems completely overwhelmed or undertrained.
