- KKKFreshApr 19, 20261.0This Krispy Kreme has good customer service but when they advertise the specials the donuts aren't fresh! Not sure if they cant keep up with the amount of customers they receive but they need to do better. We ordered the strawberry originals on Sunday around 1pm and they were COLD. Its like they made them and put them in the fridge. They were horrible. The picture they use to advertise make you think they are Fresh but when you recieve they aren't as good. Not to mention the special started Thurs. On Thurs I went around 7am, they said they didnt have any at the time. The store open at 6am. Why would you not have any made when you know customers will be asking for them especially this was the first day of the special! We went Sat around 430pm they said the machine was down! They have really put a bad taste in my mouth. Please do better!! Donuts dont look nothing like the pics. Maybe if they weren't made then put in the fridge they would!

The all-star employee had to interrupt the quality service she was providing to get napkins. She could have not been put in that position. Those two exceptions take away from the good product and quality service.
