They were already preparing my order when I got there which was awesome and they were very fast. They were also very kind but yhe donuts themselves...You could tell we're not fresh made. they tasted old and very dry as if they were made the day before and that was the complaint by everyone at the meeting along with there being hardly any filling in any of the donuts. The only thing fresh was the coffee.

I’ve tried different days and times but it’s always the same! This last time I tried getting a half dozen donuts thru the drive thru and was told they don’t allow bulk orders like that thru the drive thru and I would have to come in..I then asked for just 3 of the strawberry sprinkles and of course, they don’t have any! I’m never wasting my time on this store again!! So disappointing that I have to drive across town now just to get some Dunkin! SMH

I asked for strawberry cold foam, they didn't have any so they replaced it with regular cold foam without even asking if i would accept that so my drink was incorrect. Today I ordered oatmilk in my iced coffee, they're out of it. And forget about asking for a refund if you mobile order because they tell you to use the app and figure it out yourself so you sit on hold for 30 minutes to try and get any of your money back. How is there not a system they can lock the things they don't have? or maybe they just don't care.

Today was the last straw they forgot my drink and hash browns and to top it off my bagel they squished in a box with the creme cheese of one sit sitting on the back of the other, With barely any on it then proceeded to charge me for a 8 Oz creme cheese. I highly suggest nobody goes to this dunkin!!
