A lady was cleaning the front doors while I was trying to come inside. I stood outside for a moment thinking she would open the door or at least let me in, but instead she yelled at me. I later realized I wasn’t the only person she had yelled at either. It was a really disappointing experience, especially considering Chick-fil-A is known for good customer service.
