- CHChristy Harris1 day ago2.0I have been a loyal customer at Chick-Fil-A and we visit this location on Evans Street several times a week and mostly every week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences(twice) have been very disappointing due to the behavior of one employee, Amber, at the drive thru. She was extremely rude, dismissive, unprofessional which not only makes customers feel unwelcomed and disrespected but she was an example as I watched how the other employees around her watched the way she treated customers. I understand everyone has difficult days but customer service & basic courtesy are important, esp at a business known for hospitality. What was equally frustrating is that I contacted the corporate 800#(and was told the local mgr would receive notice of my call) and never rec'd a followup. I'm no longer willing to return to Chick-fil-A

The very few personable staff are overshadowed by the bad ones. I come here a lot since I work and live up the street but if I wanted McDonalds service i’d go there lol.
