  I’m from out of town but when we come to Greenville we always stop at this Cava location. The food is always fresh and the employees are very welcoming.

  Stopped in on a week night with my wife and ordered a salmon bowl to go. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially "Gina". The food was excellent. Will be returning more often in the future

  CAVA is hands-down one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always AMAZING. Everything tastes so fresh, the portions are perfect, and every bowl is consistently delicious. The service is also outstanding. The team as a whole is incredibly sweet, always smiling, hardworking, and so helpful during our visit. You can tell they truly care about customers and keeps everything running smoothly. Their customer service is a huge reason I keep coming back. If you’re in Greenville, NC I highly recommend CAVA!

  I’m not sure what was wrong yesterday because I see all of these good reviews about how nice the staff is. Well when I went that was the total opposite, walk up to order I say hi how are you? Good what can I get you, in a rude tone.. lol okay? Moving down the line was fine but when I reached the end to Check out the poor girl was wrapping my bowl and she accidentally dropped it. Everyone looked at her like they wanted to take her head off?? And when I said I can come down and repeat my order they all looked at me and they don’t say a word so I was like okay? So they are looking at my dropped bowl trying to figure out what was is in instead of just asking me to repeat lol. The employees at cava in New York had way better attitudes🤷🏻‍♀️ I work in food service so I know it can be stressful but acknowledge your customers and don’t ignore them and keep a smile on your face💗

  I went to cava today to get lunch, it was a couple in front of me and some ladies behind me, i get my greens and grains go to the protein spot the girl looks at me 3 times and does not acknowledge me once but she greeted the couple ahead of me with a smile, after not acknowledging me or my order she went to the lady behind me( with my grains & greens in hand) and asked her which protein she would like. I walked out without getting anything because that was the most disappointing thing ever. I don’t recommend this location at all. I did and online order Monday got home and it was incorrect smh
