The food came out promptly, and everything was great, minus the fact that I noticed I would need to order a little more sauce for the wings. The chips seemed a bit burned. It was a nice place to go before the lunch rush if you have anxiety

Eveytime I order my food online to pick up, the weird manager always has an attitude when I pick up my food, I don't know if it's because im Hispanic or not but always has an attitude when Im always missing my ranch!! Huffs and puffs when I tell him I need my ranch and 10min later comes out with one ranch with my 30 order of wings!! Ridiculous!!! Need a new manager ASAP! If not this restaurant is going down because of his attitude with people!!

We were one of 3 seated tables in entire restaurant and the only table our waitress had. She hardly checked on us, didn't ask if everything was ok until literally taking last bite, had to wait and then ask for a drink refill(was getting to get up and get it myself). In fact no one there seemed to want to work, even the manager for that shift. I feel like this might been an issue higher up in BWW because I hadn't been to a BWW in over 15 years for this exact reason. I stopped going because no matter what location the service was subpar. This may sound like I'm overly particular, but I'm not. Food service is a tough job and I appreciate people that do it well. Again, just end on a positive, the food was tasty.
