(Grandkids), called and asked why, they prepared the ordered the way they did without asking me if I wanted spicy chicken, when I was explaining to the rude guy, he hung the phone up.Never!!! Franchise is giving a BAD Representation of BOJANGLES!! I came 10 hours to this, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
