  Don’t bother with this location. Waited 12 minutes to even get our order taken. meanwhile, FOUR employees were talking to just one customer. (who i assume was a coworker by everyone’s reaction) another even went around to the back of the truck bed and ignored us. not to mention not one but TWO cars switched lanes because of this ordeal since the second lane barista was actually doing her job. As a former Starbucks barista, this kind of behavior would have never passed. I guess not everyone finds the importance of doing their job. 🤷🏻

  From the Dupree Family: I was deeply saddened and concerned during my visit when I noticed that the employees were working outside in extreme heat without any visible fans or cooling system. The temperature was around 103 degrees, and watching them stand in direct sunlight while continuing to serve customers was truly upsetting. What made this even more concerning was that the structure appeared to have mounting brackets or attachments for fans or cooling equipment, yet none had been installed. It was difficult to understand why those features were not being used, especially considering the intense summer heat. Despite these challenging conditions, every employee I observed remained professional, hardworking, and dedicated. Even though I could see signs of exhaustion, they continued to provide excellent customer service with positive attitudes and genuine commitment. They deserve to be recognized and appreciated for their efforts. I want to emphasize that the drinks were outstanding, and I truly enjoyed my experience as a customer. My only concern is for the well-being of the employees who work so hard every day. I respectfully ask the owner and management to consider installing fans or another effective cooling system as soon as possible. Providing a safer and more comfortable work environment would not only show appreciation for your employees but also demonstrate your commitment to their health and well-being. Thank you for taking the time to consider this concern. I sincerely hope improvements are made for the dedicated team members who represent your business every day.

  I’ve gone to 7 brew 3 times in the last month, the first time I went i ordered a chai latte, I paid the girl. she came back and said just to double check you wanted a chai. I said yes and she said okay thanks. I got my drink and it was a coffee, I have a heart condition and I can’t drink espresso, so I just left and went about my day. The second time I went a different girl took my orders no problems . The third time today the same girl thay took my order the first time took it today, my sister ordered a snickerdoodle mocha and received a plain mocha! I’m not sure if the girl just isn’t focused or doesn’t know what she’s doing but I would like to get what I paid for! VERY DISAPPOINTED

  i would suggest going to firetower if you want good customer service ! they are so happy and sweet to all customers i will not returning back to memorial 7 brew due to how the workers are. they act like they do not want to be there when taking my order. the line pace is pretty slow i was second in line and it still took almost 15 minutes then had to get my drink re made….

  My daughter and I had our first experience with 7Brew yesterday in the Greenville / Winterville area and it did not disappoint. Way better than other well known coffee franchises. The young lady who waited on us was so friendly and bubbly and helpful. I cannot wait to go back. I wish we had a location in our hometown, especially considering I-95 runs through our area.
