  My car was completely skipped and by the time my order was taken no one greeted me or offered apologies for skipping my vehicle. They proceeded to completely mess up my order and tell me it was correct when it was not and did not offer to correct it either when I brought up my concern. I ordered an energy drink and was given a lemonade chiller, not quite sure how that mix up occurs?!? The workers also discussed right in front my window how they gave someone else the wrong order and another vehicle the wrong amount of change. They just laughed at this and no one seemed to be holding people accountable. Overall very poor service. I was very excited to try this place and was beyond disappointed with the service.

  Visited for the first time for Mother's Day along with the rest of Greenville it seemed. The line was a bit chaotic and I do think they could have kept it going quicker if they had a better plan for taking orders, but the employees were very friendly and the drinks were great. We waited about 35 minutes in the line. My kids had smoothies and I had a sugar free oatmilk raspberry truffle latte. I did look online while we waited for ideas of what was good and the suggestion did not disappoint. We will be back, but hopefully on a less crazy day next time!

  I have been coming everyday to 7brew instead of my starbucks everyday for 19years. I love there coffee when it is right but for the last 3 days they have messed it up. I order a new coffee to try with my usual and the new one is exactly the same as my usual or its a totally different drink and i sit there for 30 minutes waiting. I have ordered gift cards, 6 of them and they charged me tax on them????? The managers have horrible attitudes when you say something. Also the cards were not all loaded and info7brew cystomer service dont retun calls. I think i am going back to starbucks bc they know my order when i pull up and it has never been wrong.
