  Kayleigh has AWSOME custermer service and knows her customers, She always greets us with a warm bubbly personality,!!! And seems to really love her job!

  Not sure what's going on with this location in recent months. Staff is still friendly and service is still fast but the quality of product seems off. Got my cold brew with cold foam and it taste like water with a hint of coffee in it. My fiance's salted caramel macchiato had barely any flavoring. Luckily she keeps flavoring at home, I poured mine out though. With all the new great coffee shop competition, 7 Brew really must get back to what they do best and that's make good coffee first. This has been the fourth incident in a row where it was just not up to par but I tried to show grace because of the high turnover. But it's only so much money you can spend on a bad experience. Hope you guys get back to greatness soon.

  I had a birthday reward, and they were also doing BOGO chillers, so I stopped by to get a few drinks for me, my sister, and my partner. The people working the stand are teenagers - I see a lot of reviews criticizing them for having fun and being rude to customers. I can’t speak for everyone but I was treated with a lot of respect and they were super friendly. 7 Brew’s culture is a lot different from, say, Starbucks. The Pina Colada smoothie is so good! I got the one with vanilla in it too, and it was nice. I will say that a large is an incredible amount of drink, a medium is definitely a good size.

  I went to 7Brew fire Tower Rd., Greenville, NC this morning 7/22/2026 at 8:45. As I am waiting for my order the young lady that brings the items to the vehicle is putting the straws in her mouth and carrying them around like that and then giving them to the customer when she got to my car she asked me what I like a straw I said no you have them in your mouth and she laughed. It’s not funny no one wants to drink from a straw that’s been I strangers mouth. And to top it off the Chai did not have the two extra pumps in it my wife was definitely disappointed when I got it home for her. Rodney Rock

  When we first pulled up was the only thing that was good. It was not a long line. But as we were stopping one little girl sprayed the other little girl in the face with a water gun that was working there. Then that little girl Said you take this customer and ran inside so the girl that got sprayed in the face waited on us, but she was more interested in the transaction that was going on next to us and not paying attention to the order It was supposed to be an iced coffee with minimal ice and didn’t have the proper flavor or if any at all. I did not feel like a valuable customer at all like I was a waste of time of even being there to them we will not be returning to the seven brew again.
