  Every time I come to this location wheter it’s for a personal order or a door dash oxim up it takes FOREVER. Then this particular time I am waiting forever to pickup a doordash order for my customers and nobody is up front then I hear the employees in the back screaming and cussing up a storm. Just overall very unprofessional and not an enjoyable experience.

  They gave us our wings RAW & cold. I also ordered Original hot boneless wings and it was plain & had no sauce. my biggest concern was feeding my kids RAW chicken. and i also received no refund for this, $30 down the drain and left hungry as we ordered at 11pm.

  I love Wingstop; however, my experience at this location was horrible. None of the drinks we requested were working and there was no offer to make it right. Then, we each ordered a ranch with our meal, my daughter requested an extra and we ordered a large as well. They charge for each additional ranch and $5.99 for the large. They did not give us all of our ranches, so when I went inside to get them, they asked how many I was supposed to have and how many I already have. I explained we were supposed to have 4 plus a large and only had 3. They proceeded to tell me they were out of large and would give me 3 individuals to accompany the 3 I have to make the large. Ummm, no. I ordered 4 with the meals, which one cost an additional $1.49 which is a rip off in itself. I told her we have three and need the extra I paid for and the equivalent of a large. She went back to kitchen and told the cook, which made a face and comment and she proceeded to talk crap while I am standing there and still try to give me less than I paid for until I told her she was going to give me what I paid for. On top of that, I ordered all flats, which was an additional cost and didn’t get those. Plus, they were well overdone and my corn was supposed to be lightly seasoned. When you pay $71 for dinner for a family…. You want what you pay for. I work hard for my money, so I expect to get what I pay for. I will not visit this location again. You need to get people who care about their job and act like it’s a bother to do what they are getting paid for.

  I absolutely love coming here, everyone here is always so nice and inviting. They always make me feel welcomed. Love this place and I love the crew! I definitely recommend coming! Their food is also always so fresh and hot! Will be coming back 😊

  This will be my last time purchasing food at Wingstop, due to the food. To begin, the cashier was super friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. The entire staff was friendly. It's the wings. I ordered the mild wing combo. The wings were dry and there was no extra juice in the box. The corn was also dry and it just seems like they sprinkle the Cajun seasoning on the corn. The fries were prepared when ordered so they were hot and good. The wings were tasteless. I spent $50 there. The other person that I purchased a combo for did not like their wings either. Lesson learned. I will not be returning.
