  The restrooms are clean and the toilets are decent, but forget what the old building had (steak and shake) because those toilets were garbage

  Just another Fast food restaurant with a “broken” shake machine. I ask the lady at the window how could it be broken, this is a new location? She said “We’ve been here for a year and a half, things happen” and rudely walked away. I know how long you all have been there, I was there on one of the Grand Opening days. I also know why your shake machine is probably not working. The error code probably starts with an L and ends with a Y. If bad reviews don’t come in for this “broken” shake machine we all know it will stay broken. I happen to enjoy shakes with my meals so get it right.

  Drive thru, Fri night. 930 or so. 2nd car in line, so not busy. Still had to pull to the side to wait for my order. I get it probably had to fix it, not readily available at that time of night. Ordered burger with ONLY mayo and ketchup, and fries. Fries were warm, not hot. And when the pickles and onions on the burger hit, they were quickly ejected! I mean damn! I would be willing to bet the other car waiting beside us got our burger and was disappointed too. The girl at the window was nice but I won't be making another late evening visit.

  The burger was hot and delicious. Too bad the fries were not. Would have been a 5 for food. The cashier was friendly and did a good job. An employee was ordering food and it took forever the manager had to turn a key. I will be back but may not order fries.

  SLOW, RUDE, HORRIBLE QUALITY FOOD. In drive thru, very slow. For the wait, the food should've been HOT and FRESH....it was neither. Even missing a LG Fry. Went inside to get it, told me id have to pay for it, I argued no I had already paid for it but didn't receive it. Once they gave me a LG fry, they were room temp at best and maybe the quanity of a Small Fry. The fry with the Kids meal was a joke (see pictures for frys) The chicken in the wrap was horrible, it was mushy. The chicken strip meal, they tasted like last week's strips under a heat lamp the whole time. Very disappointing. This is not normal for other Whataburgers in the area. Kernersville HighPoint and Archdale are all very good. So I'm gonna blame this horrible service and food quality on poor management and incompetent employees.
