- KJK Juanic3 days ago1.0Service is incredibly slow, custokers are not greeted when entering the store by an employee. I ordered at 11;06 after waiting for 5 minutes to be greeted. Customers came in after me, placed orders for smoothies and were served before me.

Buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce and was not even folded correctly into a burrito. Also ordered a açaí bowl that was frozen and could barely be eaten. This location was terrible from the food to the customer service.

I remember I ordered on app I got there 8:50 but one employee said they were closed instead of abiding by the timing on door. Another employee came and made my order fortunately. I also want to add my jetty punch smoothie was watered down. Haven’t been here in a while for this reason!
