  Great meal at a reasonable price, even better if you use the app or have a coupon to use. Only caveat I can say is that you make sure that the store accepts/participates in the rewards/coupon program/promotionals.

  I visited this location once before and stopped by again on 10/29/2025 while I was in the area. The service was good, and the staff member’s statement was, “Have a blessed day on purpose,” which I appreciate and receive. The service itself from the staff was 5 stars. However, I did notice something unusual: when I returned to my car after leaving the store, I saw a black hair tie on the left side of my vehicle. These hair ties have been showing up in very specific places across North Carolina. I’m not sure if it was related to my visit or if it had been placed there beforehand, but I would recommend that Subway look into it just in case.   Everytime I go to this location I have something under cooked, falling apart into pieces with the first bite, or rang up wrong and overcharged. Will drive to the other side of town for now on. It's not worth the trouble.

  I work from home so I go here several times a week because it's so close to home. Ordered curbside pickup. Got there and waited a bit but I knew there were people inside so it was fine. Girl brought out my food. I asked if she could bring the side of Sriracha out that I had requested that wasn't in the bag and she told me it wasn't requested. I even checked the receipt and it was on there... so she had someone else bring it to me. I get home and my club isn't cut, isn't on the right bread, and has no meat... it's veggies and bread. I call up there and she tells me she watched the guy make it. Acted like I was wrong and lying. I paid $9 for bread and veggies??? She had me come back up there and they remade it but it was just rude. I work in customer service and I would never handle a situation that I messed up like this. Stuff happens, mistakes are made sometimes... I get this but don't treat your customers like that. I won't be doing business with them again. Very disappointing.

  The staff is exceptionally rude. There is an older black woman who basically grunts at customers after ignoring them when they enter the store. I've had the same experience on more than one occasion so she wasn't simply having a bad day.
