  I visited Sonic on August 30th at 11:35 PM, and the drive-thru speaker was handled by a gentleman who was extremely rude. It sounded like he was sucking on something that could’ve been a foot-long Coney, and/or he may have missing teeth—either way, it was hard to understand him over the speaker. This lackluster customer service made my experience very poor. Sonic is usually great with excellent customer service, so I was really disappointed. I hope he’s able to have a better day and improve his manners and communication.

  Gotten a #7 food was hot but the look of the tenders they had on were uncooked on each side of them and where kinda chewy worse tenders I’ve ever had from a fast food place also the fries were hard and cold

  One darksin man he works nights he is sooooooooooooooooooooo rude it don’t make 0 sense why he’s rude . Like why are you rushing me to go to the window if it’s a car infront of me . Then the lightskin girl proceeded to say “we are busy “ ok??? If I’m not being rude why is he . Terriblleeeee.

  I ordered a number 2 and didn’t want mustard or onions. There was still onions on the burger. I also ordered an ocean water and they charged me for it, but gave me regular water. I called to tell them and didn’t get an answer and didn’t have time to return because I was on my lunch break.

  Zara at the drive-thru on the intercom needs to check her attitude!!! Really quick!! She is rude, disrespectful, unfit to have ANY INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS. I pray God for your soul 🙏🏾 because you need it. Horrible service!! BEWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
