  This Sonic has an indoor area. The only one I've ever seen like this. There aren't any stalls on the main side when you pull it. I honestly didn't have a clue what to do or how to use this place. When you build your brand around a certain theme & then make a single location so different - what do you expect people to do? I pulled in & tried to use the only stall I saw. Then I noticed a pickup window. The girl inside kept pointing to the door. To me that door goes to their work area so I didn't understand why she wanted me to come inside THIER area. After about 3 or 4 times of going back and forth saying I don't understand I finally went to the door & that's when I saw the inside. Who would want to sit inside a Sonic? There was no one in there & it takes away from the entire appeal of the carhops bringing the food to your car which is why you go to Sonic! I didn't get anything since I was already thrown off. When I pulled out I saw stalls on the other side. TOO LATE! Like so many things here in Greensboro, it's designed backwards, too small, or dangerous for vehicles. I don't see how people who live here get in & out of these places on a daily basis. (Chik-Fil-A parking lots are major culprits). I'll go somewhere else where things make sense. Because having a dining area with no bathroom totally does right?

  The food was good, and came out in a decent amount of time, but the manager was rude to his employee that tried to engage in conversation. The way the manager acted towards his employee made me never want to come back again. It was very distasteful, and he should think about how he talks to his employees.

  The food was good and the employees were nice. But don’t get me started on the manager on duty. He was very rude to his employees. I don’t see how they could work here with his nasty attitude! He does not showcase how a manager should present themselves.
