  I went there to order and it took them 5 minutes just for someone to take my order and this was my first time being in there. But when another customer came after me, they immediately went to them and took their order without hesitation. I then decided to order on the app and they forgot my fries. I'm never ordering from this place again.

  I placed a delivery order on the Sonic Drive-In app, my order arrived with over half of it missing and the part that I did get was wrong. I called the Sonic then they told me to call Doordash (their delivery service) who told me they can't do anything and to call that Sonic location. I wasn't able to get my order re-delivered and I was told that my refund would get done "in just a minute." My refund was not done in just a minute; it was done in a couple of weeks. I was traveling so when my charge did stop pending I was told I could come to the location and get a cash refund (the Sonic in question was three hours away, I could in fact not come get a cash refund). So then, I dispute the charge online through the Sonic customer service portal. The email I got about my dispute order said it would be completed in 2-3 business days, but it ended up taking almost two weeks. In the end I got my thirty dollar refund but the hassle of the run-around almost wasn't worth it.
