BE CAREFUL. Two days ago I got 2 burgers with the deal only (BOGO entree) and the first burger was fantastic! Later that night, I work my overnight shift and I reheated the other burger, I took a bite and was like "man this is a tough piece of bacon" and I just pull out a piece of plastic. wow, that's gross, so then I wait until they opened to bring the pictures and order number. I couldn't get a refund because it was the night prior and they said they could remake it. I'm sorry, I don't want another burger, in fact I REALLY don't wanna eat here anymore. I called corporate and I'm still waiting on an email or a call back for help. the people are phenomenal and nice, I've never had an issue with them I'm just (obviously) worried about it being sanitary. Just please please PLEASE be careful about this location for sure.

Short staffed so the dining area was closed! That eliminated lunch plans here but I later returned for a slushie! I really loved the mango slushie! It was very flavorful and well blended! It melted slowly which gave me time to enjoy it!! This was my first one here but hopefully, it won't be my last! It was worth every penny!!☺️

If I could do less than a one star I would this place was the worst got complete order wrong what part that wasn't missing. And when tried to get this fixed we just got the run around. Apparently reading isn't a skill this place has members do. I looked at the receipt to make sure the order was correct and it was no one bothered reading that certain items couldn't be on the burger.

I was served my food, I handed the server my money, she returns a few minutes later and tells me they can't accept big bills, I inform her I didn't have any other way to pay, then the "manager comes out to me and says if I don't have any other form of payment that we are going to have a problem" then proceeded to tell me to "return the food" after it was half eaten. It was handled very poorly and you can't speak to any higher form of management, they do not answer nor return calls. Very poor leadership, not to mention the order wasn't ever right but it was pointless to try and correct it. 👇🏼Que the standard Sonic response👇🏼These places do not care and it's apparent that with all these complaints they change nothing, and do not care about your experience.
Well I ended up with 2 ice-cream treats by mistake and since I didn't want the one I wasn't eating to go to waste, I gave the extra to someone in the drive-thru. That person asked for my contact information and I think he could be my future husband. 😊. All in all, I think it was a pretty good Sonic visit. 😁
