  Updated review: This is the second time my Route 44 drink has been incorrect. I ordered several syrup options and none were in that drink it was water and fruit. The drink i order is not over 3. and some change. Yesterday my order was 4.90. There's no phone number that answers at their location. After I had returned the same day the restaurant was closed. No staff was there. Called the spring garden location and they were surprised to hear they were closed. So i go back today and NAE who was so enthusiastic to give me her name with an attitude simply because im frustrated because i come back to get a replacement and her and one other girl were still not comprehending the order which is the whole reason we came back. So then we asked for our money back and was again met with smirks and attitudes &asked where's the drink. As if we were to hold onto the drink from yesterday after attempting to and staff was not at the location. I called corporate and was told they could have processed that return there at the store but we were told by staff they couldn't refund it because it was yesterday. I have a ticket open with corporate but this has made me not want to return at all in the future and will change the stars from 2 to now 1.

  They have 1 person working and he's not paying attention to anyone on the inside. I waited 10 minutes to order a cup of ice

  The absolute worst sonic ever. Ordered 2 $7 cheeseburger meal deals with sweet tea. 1. Got normal tea. 2. Store had no spoons so had eat the sunday with a straw. 3. The burger has 2x the amount of sauce so every bite had it dripping out the sides. 4. Tots were over cooked so they where dark brown and crunchy. 5. The cup they gave me had a hole in the bottom which I didnt see until the tea was all inside my cup holder. You would think if it took them 15 minutes to get through 2 orders they could get the orders right.

  Just don't waste your time so slow, like so slow they need a new word for slow. Just unprepared and almost like they don't know what they doing. I don't know. Just a waste of time. Things that should have taken no more of them 5 to 8 minutes to the most. Never prepared, and end up being about 30 minutes, and you paid already. So you're waiting and waiting and trying to have patience, but no, your patience will be tested. Just go somewhere else to get your Sonic craving satisfied.

  I ordered off the Sonic app and had to go inside and wait for my order. Experience wasn't what messages from app suggest. I ordered app only deals. This isn't a place I like to go to.
