  Just left. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my meal and the girl at the window (young black girl with braces) refused to take my payment bc it was a split payment. Please roll the cameras back, I’m not exaggerating that wait time. The staff at this location is ALWAYS rude and they don’t care bc clearly no one does anything about it. I won’t be back.

  Food took extremely long to come out. We sat for just over 40 minutes. While I am normally a patient man this became a tad too long. I no longer expect these places to have food in five minutes but 40 is a tad long for two chillie dogs and a couple drinks

  Throw the entire building away!!!! This has to be the worst establishment I’ve ever encountered. There’s never enough employees, the ones they have don’t care and the service is absolutely trash.

  I went last week to get a refresher and it was absolutely amazing! However today I went and there were no other customers, I spent 5 minutes at the intercom waiting to order, another 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. When the girl finally came she didn’t open her mouth to say anything and wouldn’t have taken my money if I didn’t say anything. Then it took another 4 minutes to get my change. To top it off the drink was awful. It tasted like fresh tap water with a sprinkle of leaves.

  First of all I knew there was a reason why I never ate at sonic in the first place. Secondly, if you don’t like your job do us all a favor and quit. Horrible service and horrible food. Oh and the staff is trash. Have a nice day.
