  Placed order online spent over $40 get home and pizza is not even cooked all the way the dough was raw won't order from this store again I worked 14 hours today last thing I want to do is leave the house after I get home Side note my dog wouldn't even touch the pizza

  Had food delivered from Pizza Hut on Burlington Road in Greensboro North Carolina Called up Believe her name was Angela drove up, took the pizza and wings back. She was very kind very helpful. Explain why the issue happened. Corrected the issue and wasn’t rude. very pleasant to speak with. Need more managers like her. She made what could have been a bad experience and admirable one. I hope upper management see’s this and shows her some appreciation. When we spend our hard earned money and something isn’t right just need a friendly face and positive attitude sometimes

  Angela greeted me upon coming in and asked for my number to be able to get my regular order quickly. She even let me know about the throw back menu without me asking so I saved some money. The cook came out to put my food in the warmer but saw that I was sitting there and saw the others were busy and asked my name and gave me my meal and asked if I needed anything else. He did not think “that’s not my job” he was customer oriented.

  I walked into this location and the lady didn't greet me just said what's the name, I said I'm ordering she said " you going to have to wait I have all these orders" in a nasty tone. I just turned around and walked out, and I will not return.
