  This pizza hut has gone way down hill. I ordered a chicken pesto pizza last week, no pesto, I gave them another shot this week, same thing. I put in a help ticket last week, never got a response. I called the restaurant and got hung up on 3 times before someone rude finally answered and told me they don't even carry the pesto anymore. If that's the case, why is it available to order, and why doesn't anyone call to say they no longer have that topping. I have weird food things and don't like the pizza with just the chicken, I would have ordered a cheese pizza if they could communicate they no longer have the pesto.

  Worst pizza hut experience we ever had especially the employee who ask the phone some how forgot how to be a professional adult employee today nothing but attitude and smart mouth childish communication why bother to go to work if your not going to have professional work ethic stay home why bother and has for the inside mess unkept unclean shut down store is the vibe there! Never again will I go to college rd pizza hut and I highly recommend no one else bother going to that pizza hut store on college rd. Unless your looking to get sickness and Disrespect by them

  Normally, always on point. Tonight? The thinnest PanCrust pizza ever. Paid two extra dollars AND a tip for a flat pan pizza that should have been hand tossed. Not happy.

  Absolutely terrible service. Both orders in our party were overcharged by $9 versus the price the cashier told us, but you don't notice until after they give you your food and your receipt comes taped on the box. For one order, they offered 2- 20 oz sodas in place of a $9 refund. The second order they did not offer anything despite admitting we were overcharged. Our "$21" meal turned into $32 after tax. We will not be back.

  The store is not sanitary at all. Dirty disgusting bathrooms, and the workers don't wear gloves preparing the food... I won't be going back
