  The service was honestly unacceptable. I stood there waiting while the employee continued making multiple other orders before even asking me for the name of my order. When she finally did, I found out my food had been sitting there the entire time — it was apparently made before I even arrived. By the time I actually received it, the food was cold. What made the experience even worse was the attitude afterward. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and taking responsibility, the employee blamed the job and how much she had to do — as if I was the person who decided to schedule her or made her work there. I understand being busy, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with the consequences of poor organization and then be made to feel like we’re the problem for expecting basic service. Cold food, unnecessary wait, and an attitude to go with it. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back.
