I called the store and they said we don't carry orange and they don't know why it's on the menu. Order Domino's, or from somewhere else. Help the community and put this store out of business

We contacted customer service and weren’t helped and contacted the store at 8:30 and was told there was a delay. 5 minutes later the app stated it was otw (we’re only 10 minutes away) So at 9pm we called and the store couldn’t tell us if the order was still there or with a DoorDash driver at first and then said it was with a driver and they didn’t know where it was. I was tired and told them to cancel the order and refund me. I go to bed, and at 10:20pm a driver shows up with an ice cold pizza knocking at the door. We ordered through the papa johns site and they chose DoorDash as the 3rd party delivery service. My issue with papa johns is they straight told me they only had 1 delivery driver on schedule for a Friday n had to use DoorDash. Then to not be able to physically look and see if the pizza was still in the building was crazy. A total waste. Please don’t call customer service either, they will refer you back to the store and they’re unable to help with anything. Don’t order from here, they seem to always be short staffed which I can understand but customer service and management seem to careless and don’t even apologize or offer to re bake your orders even after it sits for over 30 minutes while they wait on drivers. Money is too hard to come by to waste it here
