The chicken nuggets were not only re-cooked what looked to be multiple times, they were also hard and cold. The fries had been re-cooked as well and they were cold. I asked for extra sauce for my nuggets and even paid for extra sauce, but didn't receive it. I tried to call multiple times so that I could speak to someone about the issue but no one answered.
