I was just here yesterday, and while my food was okay, I want to speak specifically about the service I witnessed at the front counter. The young woman with the long black hair/locs who took my order was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful. I wish I could remember her name but I can’t . But She was doing a great job helping me, and I had absolutely no complaints about her service. However, when she went to get my food, I could hear one of the managers speaking to her in an extremely disrespectful and belittling way. They were yelling at her and talking to her as if she was incompetent or incapable of doing her job. As a customer standing right at the front counter, I could hear everything. When she came back with my food, her entire demeanor had changed. She looked discouraged, anxious, and defeated. I actually felt the need to reassure her that she was doing a good job. Honestly, it was sad that a customer had to be the one to tell an employee that after she had just been spoken to that way by her own manager. I also work in food service and have experience managing people, and one thing I believe strongly is that employees should be made to feel like an asset to the business—not like they’re a problem or a burden. You don’t get better performance out of people by embarrassing them, yelling at them, or making them feel stupid. You create anxiety, discourage them, and make it harder for them to do their job confidently. If managers are comfortable speaking to their employees this way where customers can hear them, I can only imagine what it’s like when customers aren’t around. Please remember that your employees are human beings. They deserve the same basic respect that you expect them to show your customers. If you want your employees to work efficiently, confidently, and provide good service, building them up will accomplish much more than tearing them down. The young woman who helped me was doing a great job, and I hope management realizes that their employees are the people keeping this restaurant running. Treat them like it.

Literally had one job hot fries and couldn’t even do that so sad. Oh and how hard is it to give a straw with the drink didn’t get that as well. Looks Chick-fil-A will always get more of my business. They never miss a straw or hot fries.

Drive through unable to hear the attendant as I repeatedly asked if she could hear me and waited for a response she finally uttered are you going to order... I advised that I was unable to hear her I ordered my one item and got to the window to pay i advised her that I could not hear her that is why there was a delay in ordering she looked at me and said nothing I advised the manager of the unhappy employee and her attitude was no better so I guess if you lead like that they follow like that and who would expect that type service from friendly center shaking my head time to leave the fast food alone #social media the decline of humanity

This is the first McDonald's that I have seen that actually had their stuff together. Thought it would be a wait but it was not!!! Line long but service is Great!!! Even with doordash and a line we got food in under 5 minutes. The staff bringing food to table and cars outside are surprisingly pleasant considering the crowd!

Atmosphere was awful. There were about 10 people in lobby waiting on food and a line rapped around the building with no food or drinks coming out. When our food was brought out our drinks were missing and we had to wait even longer on the drinks. There was no soap in the bathroom. Fries on the lobby floor. Trash overflowing. Waiting probably 20-25 mins on McDoubles and nuggets. The lady waiting the tables seem overwhelmed (rightfully so). There are no napkins, straws or ketchup in the lobby and that’s what most people were waiting on. I will not be back.
