  Great location, the inside was very modern and clean. Food was great, it was a bit noisy, but nothing to annoy you. Great location aswell, staff were very friendly.

  There's a female manager, short and of Indian descent that has a VERY POOR concept of customer service. If there are several customers waiting at the front counter , she ignores them because she is on her phone 📱 and she WILL NOT call anyone to the front to wait on them. Also while an employee was in the process of serving me. She stopped him to show him something on her phone 📱. The other manager had to tell the employee to service the customer first, then gawk at the managers phone 📱 AFTERWARDS!!! Why are you paying this person a managers salary when she's not doing a managers job!!! In my military service as well as my 27 year service in a fortune 500 company. If someone fails to execute the duties of their paygrade, they get DEMOTED!!! Perhaps McDonald's should implement this policy. If there is no CONSEQUENCE for not doing your job the situation will NEVER BE RESOLVED!!! Sincerely...A VERY UNSATISFIED COSTUMER!!!

  From start to finish is not a pleasant experience. Sometimes not greeting when taking the order, at the window again, no greeting at allllll or tell you your total or make sure you’re paying for the right order. 0 customers Service. At the second window same, not even a hi! They just hand you the bag and close the window. I understand most of them are high schoolers but are they not being told anything about customer service? At least the basic. And not to mention when THEY messed up and you say something they act like it’s an inconvenience for them.

  The service at this location is absolutely awful. Too many young kids working there with no customer service skills. They’ll get your order wrong and get an attitude with you for pointing it out. The Asian girl that works the front window in the mornings is terrible. She mixes up orders every single morning not to mention her customer service skills need work. 2/10 wouldn’t really recommend

  I went in for 3 mobile orders, 2 large fries, a frappe and 2 cookies. Get inside and NO ONE acknowledged that I was at the counter, no one asked what I was waiting on for 15 minutes. An employee took the order tickets off the printer and walked off. Finally what appeared to be a manager came an asked an employee what I was waiting on, I told him they wouldn’t know because no one asked, and I proceeded to call out the order numbers I was waiting on. After waiting in store for 20 minutes (when fries only take 2-3 minutes to make) I received my orders, it wasn’t until I got to car and was informed I didn’t have all of the order. Went back in, and an employee had it in bag and gave to me. I hat appeared to be the manager asked what the problem was, when I explained that no one acknowledged I was waiting, nor did they ask what I was waiting on and I waited far to long for the items that were order, really don’t know why he asked because nothing was done and he moved as if it was normal. As I was walking out he said something smart about slamming his door.🧐 you’re worried about a door, when you and your employees customer service lacks!!
