  I've been coming to this McDonald's for over 30 years as I grew up in a nearby neighborhood. I even have had multiple birthday parties here when I was a child. I came in today to order breakfast and refill my reusable water bottle.... Then some young woman named Brianna told me "We don't give out free water no more, you'll have to pay for that." So instead of spending my money here on their food I left and got food from the new garden McDonald's. I get it that you have to pay 5-10 cents for your cups but not letting me get water in my own cup is absolutely ridiculous! I'm sorry but you just lost a life long customer. If you're the owner of this location I highly suggest you change your policy on letting your customers have water... This is the only McDonald's that has ever denied me water. This is disgraceful.

  I ordered a chicken sandwich meal for 8 dollars. The sandwich bread was hard once the air hit it and I also ordered a new drink on their menu that has mango and berries for an 2.50 up charge. Everything but the fries was disgusting. I paid 10 dollars for crap

  I don’t want to give them even 1 star two time I buy the Carmel latte hot it’s nasty the milk bad it’s very dangerous I throw up it’s very bad

  Why did I stop going to this McDonalds? Because a cup of water now costs the same as a soda. At some point we all should just say “enough is enough” This is that moment for me. How is this your actual policy? You get food for a family of 4, and just want to add a cup of water? It’s the same price as adding a soda. This McDonalds just wants you to be fat, and broke. It’s Bonkers. It’s proof that we are living in crazy land.
