  I came here for Sunday afternoon lunch with my family after church 2 weeks ago. Upon trying to place my order And giving my mobile app code, I had to repeat myself five times to the person taking my order. This was a frustrating experience and we decided to cancel our order and leave. I was still charged for the food that I did not receive and was told that I needed to contact McDonald's corporate because I "paid" via the mobile app. I contacted corporate four times, and four times I was assured that leadership from this location would reach out to me to rectify the situation, but I am still out $32.68 and have yet to hear from anyone at this location. This is completely and totally unacceptable. This has been our go-to spot for fast food as long as we have lived in the neighborhood, over 15 years. I am absolutely flabbergasted that no one has tried to rectify this situation for me. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth for McDonald's and, at this point with all the other local restaurant offerings, I'm considering never going back to another location again.

  Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Don’t ever go here took 40 minutes just to get my caramel frappe, the fries were cold and nasty mcchicken was absolutely horrible food took 1 hour for some slop

  The food here is usually really good and fresh, but they never open when they say they’re gonna open 😢

  Ordered food on the app food came up another manager handed me MY bag i paid for this other manager training some guy stopped helping him to question me asking if the bag was mines like I'm tryna steal food

  Ms.Veronica....is Seasoned like The Fries, onceThey come out of the HOTT GREASE and Sprinkled with Salt. I waited for a period, But she Perked me a Tea, and the Truth was NOW in the BAG.... what are you Talking about ..... Hott Fries got to Have ...WHAT TO MAKE THE Meal POP LIKE POPCORN ?.... Ketchup alot of Times are left OUT , but She is Better Than TSA Agents at the Airports. Great Job , and KEEP Up The GOOD WORK !
