- SHSherry Honeycutt3 days ago2.0I stopped by to use restroom only and I found the conditions disgusting. Toilet paper was all over the floor in all stalls and the floor was wet in one of the stalls. Smelled musty. The crew could definitely do better!
- MRMark Ross6 days ago2.0McDonald’s has lost its way and it’s been coming for a long time. From poor service to building walls, separating the staff from its customers, to now removing drink machines and charging up charges for iced tea. The kiosk no longer offers tea. You have to select soft drink. This is the second McDonald’s in two days that I found this to be true. When I asked the lady who brought me my meal with a side of crappy attitude, she said if I want to pay more, I can come upfront and get tea, but there’s an up charge. She didn’t even wait for my answer. She just turned around and walked back behind the walls that separate them from us. I think it’s time for me to go ahead and make the change and start going to Burger King. They do not build walls, and most of them are not using kiosks. But most importantly rarely have I been into a Burger King where I get treated as if they wished I were not there. Ray Kroc would be so disappointed in you McDonalds. Look at the walls in the photos! Crazy! What are they hiding? See the Coke I was forced to take? Not anymore. Burger King…here I come. Update: McDonalds customer care team reached out asking me to go to a site and give more information. However, when I went to that site, it says that I have to have a case number. There is no case number anywhere. So once again, McDonald’s dropped the ball.
