  This is the worst McDonald's in Greensboro on every level service it takes them forever don't go after 10:00 you'll be there till midnight waiting for cookies they give you old buns and everybody on the staff looks weird so it makes me uncomfortable to eat after they take 45 minutes to give me an order. And this is not a one-time grippe it's literally every single time management is terrible

  This location has really gone down from letting the homeless hangout to never getting your order right. When trying to call back you can never get in touch with anyone. When wasting time and gas and going back the question you as if you are lying. This morning I ordered $45 worth of food and did not receive all of it but I am too busy to go back after waiting in the drive thru line and I didn’t wanna hold anyone else’s day up by going through the bag. I should learn my lesson by now to go to Guilford college location or Adams farm. The young lady at the window taking money was pleasant.

  When I order a sausage McMuffin I get a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin this has happened to me two times and I believe it's because I have a promo ticket for a free sandwich and I'm ordering a sandwich that's on special. They now have to ask the manager to come over and do the promo receipt. They want YouTube give them a good review but they don't want to give away the free food add a special price. They make a mistake in ordering on purpose. I can tell because when I bring it to their attention they're unwillingness they don't volunteer to strain it out. I haven't paid yet why wouldn't you straighten it out nope they just go about their business and they and me the food I'm not even paid yet.

  Very scary place to eat. A few guests sleeping with their heads on the tables. No more!

  The wait is way to long they just threw my food together then I was going to order apple pie and I was standing there for 5 minutes so I just left
