  Everything about Kapadokia is top notch. The food is fantastic and fresh every time. We have been multiple times in the past year and it is so consistent. We always make sure to stop at Kapadokia when we visit Greensboro. The service is spectacular and it feels like you are stepping into a Turkish home.

  This is the fabulous Turkish🤩 🇹🇷 restaurant ever. I love Turkish food and customer service was fabulous and The food was fabulous it's so yummy 😋 🤤😛. Their sweets and dessert was fabulous👌 In the coffee and tea ☕🫖 was delightful 👌and The employee and co-workers were fabulous and the cashiers and God bless their heart ❤️ this is the best Turkish restaurant ever.   Really enjoyed my meal at Kappadokia. I wasn’t really concerned about the plastic plates or disposable utensils because that’s not what I’m going there for. I care much more about getting good, authentic food, and the food here definitely delivered. The feta and red pepper spicy dip was probably the biggest surprise for me. Really creative and had a ton of flavor. The lamb was my favorite, it was super tender, really aromatic, and packed with flavor. The döner was good too, but I definitely preferred the lamb. The kibbeh was also really good and tasted very authentic. It was juicy, flavorful, and honestly one of my favorite things we tried. We finished with the pistachio and walnut baklava, which was good as well. The restaurant itself is more of a casual setup where you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you, so I wasn’t expecting full table service. For me, that’s completely fine. I’d much rather have a casual place with really good food than a fancy restaurant where the food isn’t as good. Overall, I really liked Kappadokia and would definitely go back. The food is the reason to come here.

  Having eaten at most of the restaurants like this one in the area, I have decided this is my favorite. The food is delicious, seasoned so well and the meat is very tender. Their falafel is the absolute best I’ve had. The atmosphere is authentic and the service is superb. They even serve either Turkish coffee or hot tea in beautiful vessels.

  The food is the only good thing about this place. They charge high prices, but you order at a counter, and the food is served in disposable containers. They want tips, but you have to go up and get your own napkins, plastic forks, and knives, etc.. There is one employee who brings out the food and he messed up the food repeatedly. First, he brought out the food from the table across the restaurant to ours. Then when he realized his mistake, he took it away. He then came back with a ticket and asked if it was ours. It was not. He came back with another ticket and asked if it was ours it was not. He then came back with a third ticket and asked if that was ours, of course it was not either. They give you a number to put on the table, so I’m not sure how this can possibly happen. There were only two tables with diners in the restaurant. Everyone kept talking about how the service was terrible and the extreme incompetence of the staff. When our food finally started to come out, of course they forgot multiple items which I had to get up and go ask for. Overall, not worth it. To pay these kinds of prices and get such pitiful service that doesn’t even try and I have to eat out of disposable containers with plastic forks really cheapens the experience.
