    I placed an online order for pick up at this location last Wednesday 7/8. I ordered a sandwich and a bag of chips totaling $17.74. Almost $20 for a regular sandwich and a bag of chips is pretty outrageous. This total already included a 20% gratuity because I value and appreciate food service employees. I placed the order at 12:57pm. I arrived at the location shortly after 1pm. I waited in my car for a few minutes for the app to update but it still just said "order received". I went into the store around 1:10pm and looked at the shelf where the online orders should be. It was empty so I took a seat and was patiently waiting. At around 1:15pm I noticed that people who were in line ordering were already receiving their orders. I decided to go to the counter and check on my order since the app still only said "order received". The woman at the counter took my name and then handed me a bag that had been sitting there for who knows how long. So the whole time I was waiting for the app to update or for the food to be put on the pickup shelf, it was just sitting behind the counter. I also got it toasted so it wasn't very toasty warm by the time I got back to work. When I got back to work, I could not have been more disappointed. There was ONE piece of turkey on the sandwich. After paying over $17, the sandwich contained only one piece of turkey. This is not a gourmet deli, yet you have to pay $17 and that gets you one piece of turkey. I hadn't eaten at Jimmy John's in over a year. I reached out on the Jimmy John's website and they couldn't have cared less and told me to contact a manager at this location. I will not be going back anytime soon. I will try to support local when I can or Jersey Mike's will be getting my business.

    At 5:30pm Yesterday I went to pick up my Order of 3 Subs, as I do often from this location. This time I got to the location & was were displeased to see Friends of the workers sitting on top of the Benches & tables. They were yelling back & forth to each other as I paid for my order. When I got home the Turkey Tom was poorly made with 1 layer of turkey,poorly any lettuce,1 half cut tomato & sliced up provolone that looks like it was torn up. After I saw one of the employees on their phone with gloves on I had a feeling this was not going to be a good experience for dinner & I was correct.

    Subs and salads seemed to be a little high priced for the portion size, but overall the food had a good taste and was fresh.

    Subs were made with fresh ingredients and the customer service was spot on. Love all the selections of subs including specials. The table were clean.
