  Place an online order and the store delivered it to an incorrect address that was not even listed on the order. Called back and was advised by the manager that I placed the wrong address on there. The address was in fact correct then advised system error. Mgr stated I’ll have to wait for my refund which will take about 3 to 5 Business days. This store has terrible customer service. The staff refused to give manager name. This store needs better employees and manager. Takes 30-45 mins to even get an order delivered, drink fountain is disgusting. Black specs in fountain drinks which I called about last time. This store needs better training and customer service. Also employee calling my phone from a No caller ID is also very inappropriate. I will be submitting complaint to corporate office.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The young lady who was running the register was incredibly rude. Started to take my order with her arms across her chest. She huffed repeatedly. HUFFED. We asked for the manager-who was standing next to her. Witnessed all of her behavior. When we spoke to him, he refused to make eye contact. Just kept making a sandwich. If I could give this location 0 stars-I would.

  Walked in 9:36pm. Sorry we are closing store hours are til 10pm. Will will never return!

  Attention Allen, The working team last night on Wednesday 3/4/26 (Michelle, Luke, & Sebastian) were great. Customer service great. Speed & accuracy great. Team work great. This team rocks.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
