It was ordered direct through the app since in the past I gone to the store myself, albeit NOT THIS LOCATION! The 1st time I let it slide but this time I knew that I will be done with JJ as of today I really wish I had not ordered there and believe me I never will. I don't care how hungry I am on a 8 hr shift, I will starve before ordering ever again. The sandwich was bad, no meat. The pickle tasted old. The ONLY good thing was the drink.

Staff was friendly and inviting to me, even though I had ordered online and had planned to just walk in, grab my food and walk out.
