- LCLorraine CookSep 28, 20261.0Today, I had the pleasure of ordering from Jimmy Johns which I have done for the past 10+ years. Unfortunately, I did not receive the service that I normally get. I order a Club Tuna (#15) and made it a combo. Typically, I recieved my food by one of the Jimmy Johns deliver right to my office door at NC A&T. The information was verified several times by the person who took my order. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, my food still wasn't here. The guy on 2nd shift said "he couldn't verify when I could receive my order. Unfortunately, I hadn't eaten today. About 4:30pm/5pm, one of my peers found my food at the Student Services desk in Frye Hall...no call, just left it..good thing no one took it, did something to it, etc. I definitely thing Door Dash should be made aware...this is unacceptable and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess there's no AggiePride for me. Mrs. Cook

It was ordered direct through the app since in the past I gone to the store myself, albeit NOT THIS LOCATION! The 1st time I let it slide but this time I knew that I will be done with JJ as of today I really wish I had not ordered there and believe me I never will. I don't care how hungry I am on a 8 hr shift, I will starve before ordering ever again. The sandwich was bad, no meat. The pickle tasted old. The ONLY good thing was the drink.
