  6/17/26 Food was fine, but I asked the employees working tonight if anyone was sitting at the only four person table in the restaurant. As there was Core water bottle on the table and the only other tables that seat more than 2 are in the very back hallway. They said "yes", but no one sat at that table the entire 30-45mins I was there, so I'm assuming it was theirs.

  Jimmy John's on W. Gate City Blvd doesn't honor Nurse's appreciation day all while have advertised coupon on Instagram for May 06,2026. Stated they know nothing about it even after showing them their advertisement. Poor customer service.

  They were closed due to too many orders. We placed our order on the app and got food.
