- HLHunter LewisSep 13, 20261.0Pick up orders are never ready when they say they are. What should be a convenient feature becomes more of an ordeal than shopping in person. Tonight was one of multiple times that we have had to Go to the store multiple times or wait excessively long for the orders. Managers give poor Excuses and don’t follow through with what they are supposed to.
- ALAmber LewisSep 12, 20261.0Pretty terrible customer service and the steaks that were on sale said $10.99 even though the flyer said $9.99. Then when I pointed it out, the head cashier made out like I was lying. EVEN THOUGH THE FLYER WAS RIGHT BY THE DOOR when the sale price. The manager stood by fiddling with the lottery machine and did nothing to help or rectify the situation. Every single pack of steaks were improperly labeled and they are cheating everyone who doesn't notice.
- DCDonna CoffeyAug 21, 20262.0Had to wait at deli. Finally took my order, they said there was order ahead of me. Shopped for other items. Went back to deli. No one acknowledged I was even there. Never got my order. Three people behind counter and not a one ever looked at me or acknowledged I was there. Left
