  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit to the Food Lion on Fleming Road on Saturday, August 8th. As I waited in line, I observed the cashier being very pleasant and courteous to the customer ahead of me. However, when it was my turn, the experience was completely different. The cashier did not greet me, did not speak during the transaction, and simply handed me my receipt without saying a word. I thanked him, and his only response was a grunt I immediately brought my concern to the attention of the manager on duty, who identified the employee. I have been a loyal Food Lion customer for many years and spend a significant amount of money with your company. I expect to be treated with the same courtesy and respect shown to every customer. My experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I hope you will address this matter with the employee and reinforce the importance of treating every customer with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I would appreciate knowing that my concerns have been received and reviewed. Thank you for your time and attention.

  I visited the store twice. The first time, they ran out of beer, and they couldn’t explain why. The second time, their entire beef section was gone. It seemed like they were under maintenance, but the workers were just talking instead of working. I don’t understand how a store can run out of beef.

  No paper towels. Only the nasty blower machines, and we all know how gross those are by now. 🤢
