I placed a large order for my team, and while ordering, two employees were laughing and making disrespectful comments about how much I was buying. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, parts of the order were incorrect and the food quality was not great. I hope management addresses both the staff behavior and order accuracy.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
