    I had the most amazing experience!! I think her name was Mickey if i’m not mistaken. She was seriously so sweet, bubbly, and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. We had a great conversation, and she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed since it was my first time at Dutch Bros. She recommended the Coral Reef lemonade to me, and it was AMAZING!! I’m so glad I listened to her recommendation. Mickey truly went above and beyond, and I’ve genuinely never had an experience like this anywhere else. She made my whole visit so enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back even with the long lines and wait time! 💕

    If you miss Clutch, this isn't going to fill the void. I have been here three times since they opened, so I feel I have given some grace, but service is beyond slow, and the line setup has poor signage and is confusing. For a drive-thru coffee place, speed and convenience should be key, but Dutch Bros has yet to show me that's possible. I was in line for 15 minutes and nobody took my order until I was the second car to the pickup window. Take your business to literally any local place walk-up around here and get your coffee in the same amount of time. Sorry, bro.

    This location has really got to get it together. I came here on opening week and forgave the long lines and poorly constructed parking lot. Here we are weeks later. I just waited almost an hour for a drink. No compensation. No real apology. The manager was rude when redirecting traffic. Used her phone behind the cooler instead of hopping in on the line. The winston locations has been such wonderful about customer service and speed of service. I hope Greensboro can get there.

    When my husband and I went, we knew it'd be busy since this location is new and we don't have a lot of drive thru coffee places in Greensboro. However, the security team directing traffic into the lot/drive thru was extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason. They'd wave a hand and assume we knew what that meant. When I rolled down the window and asked them for clarification, they were snotty and rolled their eyes. I almost left because it was just ridiculous how rude they were with absolutely no reason. The lot situation is VERY confusing and the property is underutilizing the space. This is an old bank drive thru so it had multiple lanes but they're only using one (instead of doing something like what Chickfila does where they have multiple lines coming thru but they have runners take them to each line from the window. I don't really have a problem with it being busy, I mostly have a problem with the security making it my fault that Dutch Bros didn't do better with managing the lot...

    Kudos for Eva coordinator and her good vibes talking with us meanwhile our order was ready and the girl who took our order, but be pretty careful about one of you security guys, who was threatening us to be mean… he just came to us with out even say hi or ask gently to move the car that wasn’t making any obstruction, we were just enjoying our coffees after a longggg line, he treated us like a shit, he doesn’t have any kind of good manners idk what kind of problem he has in this moment in his life but probably he needs some help to deal with it. 07/31/26 (13:00)
