  I come to this Dunkin regularly because I work in the area. I order the same latte every visit. This visit unfortunately the coffee was missing the espresso. Any one who drinks latte here, knows the difference. I went back through the drive thru in order to get my order corrected. I was very nice with heavy set women in the drive thru, explaining there was no espresso in the drink. She asked me to pull to the side while they remade the drink. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone needing to bring the drink to my car. I sent my passenger into the store to grab the remade order. He proceeded to stand there while they were cussing and speak loudly about how I must “dumb”! This behavior is very unprofessional and unwarranted. I was not rude with anyone and speaking derogatory about a customer within earshot of another customer. Is absolutely uncalled for. This whole team needs to be either be retrained in general customer service or replaced. This location has only been open 5 months and I already decided to never return. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time at this location.

  Amazing staff, food, and drinks. Manager and workers are very polite and kind! They make sure customers are satisfied. The place is spotless and they make drinks really fast. Best/nicest DUNKIN I have ever been too!

  I waited so long for a Dunkin in the area. Just for the staff to always get my order wrong. And then they have attitudes because you’re telling them it’s wrong. There’s literally no reason to get upset, just fix the problem because at the end of the day when you clock out, you’re a customer too. Fast food or customer service training DEFINITELY needed. And Orientation should’ve been a little longer so everyone can learn the menu to feel confident instead of a feeling defensive over a correction.The owners need to be contacted

  They forgot my oat milk as it was dark and I tasted it which was complete syrup . No biggie . Although this has happened to me at this location before , I figured they forgot or was in a hurry . I come back and for some reason they got the manager to come to the window . When we showed the other drink and asked if we should bring it back she said oh they’re the same color . This one has oatmilk . My brother drove away upset so I didn’t get to tell her I tried it . Next time I will have to say EXTRA oatmilk for them to put the right amount . I also feel that even if in their opinion they think there’s milk or enough shouldn’t verbally tell the customer that and give what the customer ordered.

  SLOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! Been waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 mins for 1 DONUTTTTTTTT!!!! Employees walking by I know they see me because I see them looking at me. Currently still waiting in the drive thru after writing this long review. I’m about to go up and there and clock in. I’m about to call and see what’s going on, if no one is dying in there, there’s no excuse for the long wait. Again for 1 DONUTTTTT. Not sure if I’ll support another Dunkin Donut after this. UPDATE: When they finally opened the window they had no order for me. I order a strawberry donut when I told them ( because they didn’t know what I ordered for some reason) said they don’t have anymore donuts but I was never told that at the drive thru when ordering anyway. They gave me their “last one”. Let’s see what it looks like 😛. Like what even is this no thank you! Two thumbs down even putting my two big toes down. 👎👎
