  This is my favorite Dunkin. The food & drinks are good but the service is phenomenal. The people who work at this location are always friendly and happy. They always make a great start to my day!

  on 08.10 at 5:48pm the entire staff was absolutely disgustingly rude with attitudes. from being completely snappy while taking our order to just looking at us like we’re stupid to then LAUGHING and STARING at both my partner and I, incredibly ugly behavior specifically the one with the black glasses and claw clip with the “N” necklace, and the taller gal with the curly hair, disgusting. i truly hope those girls get a wake up call because it was astoundingly embarrassing.

  I had an amazing experience coming to this location. I was attended by Sandy who gave me the best drink recommendations and genuinely stated she would immediately remake any drink I was not happy with. She treated each drink with care and even went out of her way to make sure I made it to my car safely as my hands were pretty full. 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely go again!

  I love this dunkin, i go pretty consistently and the staff, diana, charmaine, and the other ladies there are incredible. they always make my day and keep me coming back!

  I come to this Dunkin regularly because I work in the area. I order the same latte every visit. This visit unfortunately the coffee was missing the espresso. Any one who drinks latte here, knows the difference. I went back through the drive thru in order to get my order corrected. I was very nice with heavy set women in the drive thru, explaining there was no espresso in the drink. She asked me to pull to the side while they remade the drink. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone needing to bring the drink to my car. I sent my passenger into the store to grab the remade order. He proceeded to stand there while they were cussing and speak loudly about how I must “dumb”! This behavior is very unprofessional and unwarranted. I was not rude with anyone and speaking derogatory about a customer within earshot of another customer. Is absolutely uncalled for. This whole team needs to be either be retrained in general customer service or replaced. This location has only been open 5 months and I already decided to never return. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time at this location.
