  Slow and chaos at the same time.. Why is the girl in blue eating while making orders..? Walking around and not paying attention to the drive thru. The people in the drive thru had to get her attention to get their order and she's walking up to the windows chewing and with food in her hand. That's gross and should not be allowed. They're already not wearing gloves.. I told them I was there to pick an order. They said OK then I waited 10mins. I asked about the order again and then they said they forgot and started making the order. The only one in there doing any work was the young gentleman with the braided hair. I even saw him help a deaf customer and he didn't know sign language. This was Sat May 2nd, around 11am

  Kirstyn, Layla, Craig we’re the best staff there made sure I was giving nothing much amazing service the whole time I always come here and I am sooo happy with my service every time thank you sooo much for being amazing

  This is the third time I have ordered a cocoa cloud latte and got something else. The lady today had an attitude about it. Informed me the only thing my drink didn't have was the sticker. When I tried to tell her it was wrong she walked away from the window. 😢 Won't be coming here again. A Cocoa cloud latte doesn't have chocolate syrup with topping and a dust of powder stuff on top.

  The only thing consistent here is the inconsistency. And for that you're going to pay about $1.25+ more than the other local DD for coffee drinks. Most of the food taste freezer burnt. Service depends on the day but staff is always rotating and in training so you get what u get, apparently coffee is hard. Mgmt speaks very rudely to staff ( heard through window) and relays msgs instead of addressing customer concerns. Just get it all black and strong.
