- GOG Osborne5 days ago5.0I recently visited this location, and upon entering, I noticed the store was very clean, but it was also extremely hot inside. It was well over 70°F, and the uncomfortable temperature made it difficult to fully enjoy my coffee. Despite that, I was greeted by Melissa and Saia, who both provided exceptional customer service. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Melissa was very knowledgeable about the drinks, donuts, and food options. Since I wasn’t sure what I wanted, she took the time to explain everything and helped me choose a drink that ended up being a 10/10. Saia was also incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure I had napkins and utensils and was very knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful information throughout my visit. Dunkin’ is lucky to have employees like Melissa and Saia. Their outstanding customer service made my visit a great experience. The only downside was the excessive heat inside the store. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.
