  Worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Did a mobile order for one coffee and waited 30 minutes in line with only two cars in front of me.

  I have been coming to this Dunkin since it opened. The first month or two, service was slow and inconsistent, but still good. However, since then, the service has improved tremendously. The staff there are super friendly and will refer you by name. This team are super helpful, friendly, and always greet me with a smile. It's absolutely noticable that morning manager takes pride and commands an energetic and respectful team. Kudos 👏!

  I order an online order an the Worker there act like they don't know how to make a coffee..order hazelnut didnt even taste like it I request for them to remake it an they laugh in my face about it. Don't understand the issue but i would never return there.

  I received a free iced coffee through a promotion, but after drinking about half, I discovered a bug in the remaining portion. I reported the issue, and the general manager, Brittney, was kind, professional, and willing to help, even offering a gift card pending approval. When I returned to pick it up, the district manager (different manager did not provide her name) declined the gift card. While I understood the decision, the response lacked concern for the issue itself. The situation was handled with little empathy, no apology was offered, and the only resolution provided was a free drink. My concern is not about the gift card, but the lack of proper customer service, time and I drove during my break and seriousness given to the situation.
