  While I greatly miss NJ/NY pizza, Domino's is not bad. Pizza is ok, wings are good. Delivery (this time from Bessemer location, delivered by Eion) was fast and courteous.

  I always order from this Domino's .. Only a couple times was my pizza not right... But they always make it right... Only once I got an attitude... But for the most they are very nice with great customer service... I've been ordering from here for the last 3/4 years... They do owe me a bread bites but I haven't asked for it....

  Since nobody ever answers the phone .we ordered through our app and had 2 pizzas delivered 20 minutes ago , it was marked as delivered even though we didn’t have them. We went searching and the pizzas were left at our back door on the ground,. The driver (Caleb as it says) didn’t knock we were sitting in the living room and we know for a fact he didn’t knock, then we opened the pizza and one of them look like it’s been ran over and shifted which is no big deal, but this was unprofessional and ridiculous. I tried calling the store but you can never get through. We don’t eat out like that but when you do and get experience like this , you remember why it’s easier to eat at home.

  Now…. This is the third time this dominos has messed up my time my money AND my order … I placed a order around 7:20 it was supposed to be delivered by 8:40 I called the store at 9:15 inquiring about the order(the app said it was out for delivery and the time kept getting later and later ) they tell me the app is having issue and my order is STILL at the store . I wait and check back at 9:30 and it says my order has been delivered. I call the store and they say they will assign my order and it’ll take 45+ mins . I tell them I’ll come get it myself . I get to the store and they tell me they will have to cancel my order and I’ll have to repay .. at this point I’m mad with two hungry kids and tell them keep the delivery charge just give me my food . The pizza was COLD as expected after such a long wait . I’m understand and have given this location chance after chance . I’m officially done ordering from this store .

  We called in around 11:30 p.m. to place an order. We specifically asked what they be able to deliver to our location. they said yes and took our order and charged us. 10 minutes later they called back and said that they were not delivering to our location and it would be approximately 48 hours to receive a refund. We then asked could we just come and pick it up, the young lady I spoke to was very hostile. I asked to speak to someone else, he was very obliging and said we could come and pick it up. We got there they attempted to charge us over $15 more than what the original price was because they said that was the online price. Since we were picking it up, it was a different price. Needless to say we were not going for that, we ended up getting the delivery price, and we had to pay again. but 72 hours later have not refunded the original cost.
