  A really nice and clean store. I was impressed. The store where I live is not so nice. Maybe this place is brand new, but nonetheless good, clean, fast service, and good food.

  This was my first visit to this new chipotle. I have been anxiously awaiting its opening, but now I’m severely disappointed in the service I received today and now I am longer excited that they added a chipotle 2 minutes away from my house. I will give it to them it’s very clean and has a very nice spaced out dining room (probably won’t last). That earns one star, that should be the standard. I ordered ahead and arrived right on time for it to be ordered. I waited for 7 minutes, watching people go in and out of the line with their food which made me wish I just didn’t order ahead. These two girls on the mobile order station were just plainly doing a horrible job and just goofing off the entire time. I understand it’s fun to hang out with your favorite coworkers, but you can work and chat at the same time. I watched one young lady with platinum blonde hair (I presume it is not her natural hair for identification purposes) stand there and be outwardly rude to another restaurant patron. The bar is disturbingly low for customer service these days. Employees can treat customers however they want and receive no penalty for that. So I am still waiting for my food to be made and it finally comes on the shelf. She makes no effort to greet me and goes back to laughing with her friend back there despite the tickets coming in. Very unprofessional. Believe it or not, the service on the battleground chipotle is far better, and the food quality is better despite other reviews. Please do better as an establishment. I am not satisfied with this.

  So far, we’ve had a really great experience at this new location! Every time I come with my family, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes fresh, the portions are generous, and the service has been great. The only thing I hope they fix soon is the drink machine, which has been out of service for the second week now. Other than that, I really hope they keep up the good work because this location has been great so far! Hopefully it stays this way and doesn’t go downhill like some of the other locations.

  I had wrote a good review before but the young black girl with glasses at about 7:15 on Sunday (7/20) had an attitude because I asked if my rewards app scanned. When I asked she said “ it beeped “ while rolling her eyes with an attitude . Completely unnecessary and I don’t see her staying here long especially at a grand opening. Please have a talk with her and her attitude. Didn’t think me asking if my rewards scan was going to cause such an attitude from anyone working there .

  The BEST Chipote I've had in years. Packed quesadilla and hefty burrito, guac cup filled to the brim, generous vinegrette portion, and they didn't forget a thing. The steak and guac had great flavor as well. Thank you to the team who made my food, it was made with love <3
