I arrived at the Friendly Ave location in Greensboro at 6:45 p.m. and waited 45 minutes, finally receiving my food at 7:30 p.m. When I got home, I found that my husband's bowl had entirely incorrect ingredients. I had to leave my own food at home and drive all the way back to the store to get his meal replaced. The experience was exhausting, and by the time I got back home with his correct order, my food was completely cold and our dinner was ruined.
