When someone finally came to the window I was not greeted the young lady proceeded to just stare at me until I stated I had an online order and told her my name . She then asked me if I was sure I was at the right store . Which I was . I pulled up my app to show her . She then closed the window with another word .. was gone for several minutes then came back snd asked me the name of my order again I told her . Closed the window again came back a few minutes later and asked if I got burritos ,I stated my order once again . Window closed again no communication again .Several minutes after that . The second person pictured handed me my bag , no apology or kindness . I asked for vinaigrette for my order and I was told they were out and close the window immediately. Thankfully someone else must’ve heard the exchange because they returned to the window with the vinaigrette. I am a frequent chipotle customer and I will be sure to avoid this location at all cost never had this experience at any other location . The fast lane is a nice idea but terrible customer service is not worth the trip .

Irritates me to get food from that location and rolling the dice on whether it will be cooked properly or not. ESPECIALLY when I am hungry. Finally, the demeanor of "some" of the staff is left to be desired.

I'm always going to acknowledge great customer service, which he displayed. He was friendly, acknowledged requests, extremely thorough and all while having a small on his face! Just wanted to make sure I shouted him out!

We were on a road trip and didn't want to eat in the car (or sit at the tables outside in the hot sun!), so we went elsewhere. Very disappointed! I really wish that the Google Maps listing accurately reflected the status as a pick-up-only location!
